This is my second one. I returned the first one because I kept getting an E1 error that would cause the unit to shut down. I purchased the taller tower before and like it but, my dogs bumped into it causing it to fall over and knocking the fans out of alignment so they made a continuous noise. I got the smaller one because of the lower center of gravity and the 2nd one seems to be working OK
