Some noteworthy differences from the Skulpt Aim

I became interested in the Chisel when I heard it was going to have a LiPo battery instead of the NiMh that's in the Aim. I was very interested in a device that would last longer on a charge. I couldn't even get through one full 24-muscle measuring cycle with the Aim, but the Chisel makes it with no problem whatsoever.
I do miss the screen of the Aim, and I'm still adjusting to being tethered to a phone/app when using the Chisel but I'm sure I'll get used to it. With that being said, if I wasn't accustomed to the Aim, I''m sure I would have more quickly gotten into the swing of things with the Chisel.
The Skulpt team had made several updates to the Aim firmware in the year I was using it and I'm sure they'll be doing the same for the Chisel as they keep working hard behind the scenes to get their customers better/quicker measurements. The same can be said for the app, as well. They keep adding things incrementally there, too.

Solid QuantifiedSelf Product

I thought I was in decent shape, then I got the Skupt Aim and it turned out I was f.a.t.! So I started dieting a bit more and enjoyed watching as my fat percentage dropped. Now I'm (slowly) watching my "muscle quality" increase while that fat number stays about the same.
Overall, it's a good little device, and though it's sometimes a bit finicky and could certainly use a longer-lasting battery, I'm glad I have it.
