Lens is good for still shots far away. Best used outdoors. It is extremely heavy, so tripods are definitely recommended.

will the lense model number 2044b002 work with the canon t2i.

im trying to buy lenses for my t2i will this work . or can u give me a list of which lenses will work with the t2i.

Just about any of the lenses that are compatible for the other T3i, T4i, etc will work. There are very few software changes that will prevent the use as I have read. However, I haven't ran into any problems using the most current model lenses with my T1i nor T2i. Besides there are better lenses available than this one. This is a pretty standard lens very similar to the one that comes included in the camera kit.
