Dry large loads with this LG DLG3171W ultralarge-capacity dryer, which features easy-to-use, up-front electronic controls with a dual-LED display and Dial-A-Cycle. The 7.4 cu. ft. aluminized-alloy-steel drum runs quietly with LoDecibel technology.
I chose this product because of it's limited functions. I wanted something simple and essentially a no-brainer when it came to drying clothes. The knob settings allow for that, but I found the auto sensors for determining when a load is considered dry in the cotton setting (which is my go to setting), are not so accurate. After the signal goes off, it is still a bit damp and i have to do a quick speed dry to get it completely dry. On my first load I thought the dryer was defective until I read it has a eco/energy conservation mode where it just tosses the clothes around in room temp air for 40 minutes before it heats up for the last 20-30 minutes. The run times between this and the extra speed dry cycle takes some getting used to. I'm still working on trying the other settings and will update if something new comes up.
