Hello, is this a "true convection" oven> Any details on convection for this oven would be helpful/
No just a fan, but it does cut cooking time. Most are like that until you move up to bigger dollars and then they call it true convection. I could care less. When I want true convection I use my air fryer. (Those are great to cut oil and fat but make things crispy!)
