Pretty decent for the money, but it's not the greatest. Good first tripod, but I'd go with a ball head off the bat.

Easy install for someone who knows what they are doing, haha! Very responsive, quick and storage space is great. Not as fast as SSHD, but then again you are trading space for quickness and at this point it is perfect for what I'm doing with picture editing and music production.

1 1/2 questions: Can I store data from a PC as well on the Mac external drive? Does this come with its own storage pouch??
I have a MacBook Pro and will use the WD 1TB to store files. I also want to know if I can store files from a PC.

First, no pouch. You'd think they could give you one, but no dice on that. Mac and PC use different formats with their drives. You MIGHT be able to save data, but I'd use different drives for different formats.

It depends on which version of the drive as far as plugging it in and running. All HDDs can be used with any system, but it needs to be formatted to that system.
