Scratches too easily

Beautiful item, but the cooking surfaces scratches so easily. I've had this stove for a little over a moth and I am extremely disappointed with the scratches just from cooking. Had I known about this problem I would never have purchased this stove.

Does the 10 year parts warranty plate on the left door come off. I see it in a post of the frig from another reviewer but not in your stock photo. Please confirm if this is part of the design
Yes, it does come off, it may leave sticky residue behind, but nothing that Goo Gone can't get rid of.
