Verified Purchase:Yes

I paid for the item and the connection hose was not long enough therefore I had to purchase another because the one that came with the kit was too short. Needles to say only part of the items in the kit were used and I had to spend an additional amount in order for instillation to be completed.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am enjoying my dishwasher. It has my all my expectations, however, I wish the salesman had informed me that I needed dishwasher water softening salt and test strips for it. I found this out by reading the manual that I had to print out and when I went back to Best Buy to try to purchase these items (which they do not carry) I had to go online and order them. Sellers of products should know all items needed and inform their customers of what is needed to operate the product efficiently.

I would recommend this to a friend!
