This was purchased to replace the Whirlpool Cabrio model. The improvement is well worth the minimal price difference by a long shot..Love the glass lid because I've always wondered whats going on in there. Much quieter than the obnoxiously noisy Cabrio and seems to do it's job well. Highly recommend!

The machine is extremely noisy in every cycle- obnoxious in fact. It shakes so much during the spin cycle that it vibrates things in the room around it, regardless of how small the load is. The machine is level and plumb.

Clean every inch of every dish. This Samsung appliance washes away heavy foods without the need for you to pre-rinse. Plus, the quiet operation mean you won’t be interrupted by loud noises while the dishwasher is running.

The first dishwasher that was delivered was defective right out of the box. I wish I had read product reviews before buying this model. Many customers reported the same issue I was having. The replacement that was delivered does work. However, it takes 2 full hours to complete a full wash and dry cycle which I guess isn't a big deal if you aren't in a hurry. It runs very quietly, but I think it could do a better job cleaning the dishes. All in all it's an ok dishwasher. Next time I will do more research before buying. I saw the Samsung name and assumed that I would be as happy with it as I have been with other Samsung products.

Depends on what model you compare it to. We previously tried the Whirlpool Cabrio and the difference is huge. It's much quieter than that one

Does this washer spin and drain well? I'm trying to replace a washer that does not spin and drain well, and my clothes come out sopping wet. Thanks!

PLACEMENT OF CLOTHES
DO THE CLOTHES HAVE TO BE PUT IN THE WASHER, ONLY AROUND THE EDGES, OR CAN IT JUST BE PUT IN ANYWHERE.
JUST GOT A "USED" WASHER AND NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS. HAVE NEVER HAD A WASHER THAT DIDN'T HAVE A SPINDLE IN THE MIDDLE.

With this style of washer you don't have to put the clothes around the edges (as if the spindle was there). You can just put them in creating an even, level pile covering the whole washer basket. Good Q - I had the same Q the first time I used this style of machine.
