The included instructions indicated it could be configured by accessing a website. I had to call TWC Tech Support and after a few tries they were able to access and configure it. It's being working ever since and the only need to reboot occurred after the TWC internet feed went down. I'm getting the same speed as with the TWC supplied modem,

This was easy to setup and get paired with my Samsung Tab S. I connected it to my receiver using the optical output and was very pleased with the sound from Rhapsody. The product literature says the range is up to 33 feet; I can attest it worked fine at about 25' which the max I would ever use. Also it didn't cutout when I walked between it and my Tab which some other brands of a similar product seem to do based on reviews.

Good picture but not for hockey

I knew I was taking a chance since this model was just released in mid-March and only one review was posted at my time of purchase in early April.
While the picture is great for shows and movies, I wanted a Plasma with a high refresh rate because I watch a lot of sports. Unfortunately I'm disappointed with watching hockey. Even after trying all different combination of settings the picture is not as clear as the 4 year old Sony Bravia LCD that I have.
Speaking of the settings, all the comprehensive Instructions are only available on-screen, they cannot be downloaded. The problem with this is that you have to exit the Instructions and then enter the Settings mode to make any changes and then exit Settings and enter the Instructions mode if you need to read about additional options. This gets very tedious and time consuming.
When I purchased this model it was listed as a connectable device on MLB.com. When I could not find MLB.TV as an app option I contacted 2nd level support who also was stymied. They referred it to engineering and told me that I would hear back with the resolution in 1 to 2 weeks. It is now 3 weeks and I have not been contacted. I see that this model is no longer listed as connectable device on MLB.com.
What's great about it: Intuitive well designed remote, Price
What's not so great: No MLB.TV, Picture for hockey, Config Instructions not downloadable

Good looking and sturdy

Although assembly is straight forward, it is really a two person job because of its weight (144 lbs). I did not install the bottom glass shelf so I could gain an extra 2+ inches to accommodate a theater speaker.
Also because of it weight the manufacturer's packaging should be better. The packaging does have "Fragile" printed on it, but again at 144 lbs the exterior cardboard got beat up pretty good during transit by UPS. I had my eye on this unit for a while but reviews on other seller's sites indicated frequent damage in transit. As soon as BB started carrying it I bought it knowing I could return it to my local store if I found damage during assembly. Fortunately despite what the box looked like there was no damage.
The BB list price was more than $30 greater than several other sellers, but the Cust Rep quickly confirmed it was eligible for their Price Matching!
What's great about it: Easy to follow assembly instructions, great price, low profile
What's not so great: Manufacturer packaging, UPS handling
I would recommend this to a friend!
