Great upgrade from my hl-2170w. Duplex printing capability, faster, and quieter. Neither one has paper jams. I've been buying Brother printers since they came out with the hl-660. None have ever failed me.
What's great about it: Fast, quite and always works!
What's not so great: I haven't found anything
I would recommend this to a friend!
