Worst customer service ever

Everyone told me different things on one item. Sales team promised unavailable item. Delivery & installation crew complained about stairs and just left without installing it as promised and never tried to resolve the issue nor explain. Even after the customer service found out the mistakes by their staff, no one took any responsibility.
