Wirelessly surf, email, stream HD video, on-line game, make Internet phone calls. Less interference and better connections using dual band Wireless-N. Better speed and range than other USB Wireless-N adapters. Easy and secure wireless connections. Works with older Wi-Fi as well as new Wireless-N networks.

Not 64-bit compatible
on June 30, 2011

This adapter gave me nothing but trouble. It installs fine, but inevitably after a period ranging from a few minutes to a few hours, it drops the network connection. It still detects the network, but has no internet. Unplugging and replugging it fixes the problem. Until it drops again. What starts as mild annoyance quickly changes to rage after going through the cycle a few dozen times in a single day. Some quick online research showed that this is a common problem. Contacted Netgear support to find out that while the adapter itself is technically 64-bit compatible, the drivers are not, and there are no plans to release 64-bit drivers for this product. Since 64-bit systems are now mainstream, I see this as an unforgivable defect. Apparently this is one of the better adapters out there if you are running a 32-bit operating system, but if you're running 64 like most of us these days, go with something else.
What's great about it: Good range and speed when it feels like working
What's not so great: Often doesn't feel like working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Enjoy virtually static-free sound with this SiriusXM FM direct adapter, which provides a high-performance wired audio connection to your vehicle's radio. You can still listen to your local AM and FM stations when your Satellite Radio is turned off. Compatible with most SiriusXM, XM and Sirius radio models with a PowerConnect Vehicle Kit.

Very good

I bought the Direct Relay because I regularly travel to both Indianapolis and Chicago for work, and in both cities even the "clear" channels have a lot of static when using the built in FM transmitter on the Sportster 5. I tried to make an appointment for professional installation at Best Buy, but after finding out it would be several days before my local store could get me an appointment, I decided to try it myself. At first I was a bit intimidated because I know nothing about car stereos, but installation turned out to be very simple and only took a few minutes. Simply remove your car's stereo from the dash (you can find instructions by doing a Google search) and attach the adapter into the antenna jack. Then plug the wire into your Sirius radio and put your car stereo back into place. Never have static again. On Friday I took my first trip to Chicago since installing it and was 100% static free. And I'd never realized how much static I was picking up even around home that I hadn't heard before.
The one negative, even though it isn't a huge deal is the tenancy for channels to sound "quiet" which isn't a big problem to me, but might be a problem if you like listening to your music loud.
What's great about it: Easy set up, great sound quality
What's not so great: A bit quiet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Purchased for my daughters college dorm room.
By ProudDadofawesomedaughter from Rancho Santa Margarita, California
My daughter has this in her dorm room at college on the opposite coast. It arrived as promised and it arrived without damage. She was able to set it up with ease and has no complaints about it. Told her if anything about it was not to her liking I would happily send her a different one and she could sell this one to someone else in the dorm. Since she has not taken me up on that offer I consider the unit to be performing well and keeping her in pop corn and other goodies.

DO NOT BUY
By ROB2017
Do not buy the unlocked version. Samsung will not update. They abandoned the S7 unlocked and will do the same with this one. Search the internet before buying this version.

You are correct that Android updates generally work that way. The point the reviewer was making, and he/she is correct, is that with previous flagship phones from Samsung it has not worked that way. In previous generations Samsung has not released updates for the unlocked version, even long after the various carriers have released their updates. History is the best predictor of the future and until Samsung proves otherwise, buyers should assume that they won't receive any Android updates unless they buy a carrier locked version.

Great phone!
By Honestbuyer
Solid performance, beautiful design, the latest processor as of 04/28/2017, Bluetooth 5.0! They fixed the problem that I had with the Galaxy S7 Edge that I often accidently touched the edges of the screen, it doesn't happen with the "edges" of this screen anymore. I have a Google Pixel XL and I'm going to switch for the Samsung Galaxy s8, not the S8+, because even with my big hands I have to stretch my hand to be able to reach for the fingerprint sensor of the S8+. The screen of the S8 is even bigger than the Google Pixel XL by 2% already and the total size of the phone is smaller than the Pixel XL.
In terms of the software update, it's slower to be released than for the Google Pixel XL, but it's faster than for the carrier phones, like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.
You can't go wrong with this phone, in general terms, comparing all the features, pros and cons, it's the best in the market.
Pros:
-Design
-Wireless Charging
-Latest processor
-Bluetooth 5.0
-Mobile HDR Premium technology
-No problems (at least for me) in touching the edges of the screen accidently.
-water/dust resistance IP68
-Good battery optimization
-USB Type-C
-headphones 3.5mm input
-AKG earbuds included
-Great quality camera
-Beautiful display (image)
-USB Type-C to USB adapter included
-USB Type-C to USB adapter included
-Pay safely virtually at any store with Samsung Pay (something that Apple Pay and Android Pay can't do)
-Comes already with Android 7.0 Nougat
-Expandable storage via MicroSD Card.
Cons:
-Comes with 64GB of internal memory with no other options with more storage other than through the MicroSD card
-No unlimited storage on the cloud for pictures and videos (like Google Pixel and Pixel XL)
-Fingerprint in one of the worst places possible.
-Sound not that great with only one speaker (not stereo)

Be careful
May 10, 2017
With previous generations of their flagship phones, Samsung has not released Android updates for the unlocked versions, even long after the carrier versions get updates. If the past is the best predictor of the future, the part about getting updates before the carrier versions do is in all likelihood incorrect, even though there is no reason this should be the case.

hello, can you give information about tax refund? i live in europe, i'll come to us end of may. if i buy it from your store can i get tax refund? also 724,99usd is tax added price right?

The listed price does not include tax. The price including tax will depend on where you buy it. Sales taxes are charged by state and in some cases local governments so different states and some cities have different tax rates. Large cities (where visitors tend to go) generally have the highest sales tax rates (10%+) while other areas of the country have no sales tax. US sales taxes are not refundable or avoidable based on your citizenship or residency but depending on where you live you may be able to claim a deduction or credit for foreign taxes when you pay your taxes in your home country. Talk to a local tax professional to see if this is possible. You will probably need to provide proof such as your sales receipt to claim this.
