Cooks meats on both sides evenly because the cook at the same time, so you don't have to guess or time each side separately and then flip.
Plenty of space for four burgers or chicken at a time, possible to squeeze in more depending on size, but mine are always big.
Easy to use / set controls
Easy to clean by hand or dishwasher.
For $100 I get a lot of use out of it, it has replaced a lot of my stove top cooking. I just keep it next to or on my stove so I don't forget to use it and now I don't even think about using my stove most of the time for grilling or skillet-ing.

Does it work in windows 10? My other mic does not and says it is incompatible with W10
It should, I see no reason why it would not. It is a standard connection, not USB. I would think the most you would have to do is update some drivers but even that I doubt for basic features.

does this a/c require outside venting? Will it work in an interior room?
It works both ways. Using the vent to the window requires no draining. No venting to a window requires draining the water, possibly frequently.

Can this be vented without removing the window screen?
I have standard vertical (up/down) opening windows … and a horrible problem with stink bugs. Is it possible to install this unit as per usual but leave a window screen in? There is just slightly over 2 inches depth from the inside edge of the window frame to the screen. Thanks!
Yes, you can leave the screen in the window, I do.

Does the unit require drainage during cooling mode?
If you use the dryer vent to the window, no draining is required. If you don't use the vent, then draining is required.

Can I install it in a sliding window?
You can add extensions to it that you can buy from any hardware store usually. That will allow it to go in to a sliding door and cover it all the way up.

how nosie is it
It is a little noisy, but not too bad, no more worse then a window unit for sure. I am a light sleeper and I have no issues ignoring it and forgetting it is even on, it is kind of like white noise.

Is this unit easy to drain? I live in Louisiana, in high humidity.
If you use the dryer vent like I do, I never have to drain it. If you use it with out the vent, then you have to drain it. It is only 50lb, so it is actually easy to lift up, place on a small wood platform, or roll to some stairs for easy draining from the bottom. I have never had to drain it but just in case I ever have to, I worked out how easy it would be to do it. I believe you can also set it to drain directly in to something else, instead of to it's own bucket internally, and then it drains from the top really easy.

I looked all over the box and the manual / user instructions, no where did it say anything about lead. Does not mean that there is or is not, just no mention of it that I could find.
