The product itself is OK... but Best Buy service call, installation and installers are a DISASTER. They left me with a GAS LEAK (!), the water shut off to the appliance and when called about the gas leak they created, they gave me a "1st appointment" 5 DAYS LATER (!!!!) and asked me to shut off the gas myself. Had to end up hiring a plumber to install the washer/dryer at $200 extra cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
