I have owned the printer for a couple of months and have had zero problems so far. Works well for the high volume of printing required for my work. Ink consumption is about what is to be expected these days, has not jammed once but has taken an additional sheet maybe half a dozen times after thousands of prints. Good for the price for sure.

The jury is still out. The first two days it was freezing bowls of water rock hard in a few hours. A couple weeks in, after filling the freezer about 1/2 capacity some items were not freezing totally. After inspection it appeared the water drain had popped open causing this problem. Since then there is still some uneven freezing. If by next week this isn't resolved we will be calling the manufacturer.
