Don't blame lenovo

Great machine and great specs. Huge downside is the software and operating system. Microsoft Windows 10 is AWEFUL. It so so intrusive and just takes over to do whatever procedures it deems necessary at any moment. I had a three year old defunct Hotmail/ Microsoft email account which was frozen/ shut me out because of a hack over three years ago. I gave hotmail up and opened a good comcast account. Now I get a new computer , start it up and up jumps my old hotmail account with over two thousand junk messages which I had no idea what my old I'd and password were. Totally forced all my old ids and greetings on me after I called for signin help. And the system still decides to load downloads without my permission. It only gives me a countdown clock of several minutes to get my work cleaned up prior to it's shutting me off. There's so much more. Wrong with this horrible software system and they wouldn't download me Windows 7 ( the last respectable so) on my request when I purchased the Lenovo. SOOO easy to see why people love Apple IOS.

Really good hardware and firmware. Too bad somebody ( hello msft) threw ANOTHER pile of feces into it ( hello msft Windows 10). The machine is trying really hard to be super good but somebody (hello msft Windows 10) fights what the user wants to do at every turn or rather every keystroke..I hope I sense ANOTHER free upgrade coming.
When will they learn that it's OUR MACHINE and THEIR software should let us use OUR machine the way we want. Love my new pc. Hope that someday soon I'll love to use it.
There is obviously a reason that EVERY reconditioned pc ( and there are hundreds) on the Best Buy web site has Windows 7 installed.. And the store WILL NOT install it on a new pc. Bad business

You're kidding, right? You must have addressed that message incorrectly. Send it to Geek Squad or call your nearby Best Buy if you got it there.
