first, I was standing in line for a while. but it seemed to me that the "geeks" were helping other people, so no problem. then when geek1 is finally able to help me, he takes my tablet and screen protector and goes in the back.
a bit later geek1 is back in the front talking to geek2. then disappears in the back again.
then geek1 comes out and starts helping the next customer in line. eventually geek2 is finished what he was doing, and went into the back.
15 minutes later, geek2 comes out and informs me that there is a small scratch on the screen, and asks if i would still like the screen protector put on.
after confirming he goes into the back again, and finally 10 minutes later he comes out with the tablet.
