As a DIY homeowner, I"ve installed electrical outlets before with no issues; however the installation of this product proved to be a bit challenging.
First off, please notice the depth of this product. The outlet I had wanted to replace contained a shallow electrical box which posed a significant issue when trying to fit this product into.
Secondly, the ground wire screw for this product is located poorly, and was difficult to connect to the ground wire coming out of my electric box - causing the wire to disconnect almost every time I attempted to fit the outlet into the box.
Ultimately, I reinstalled the legacy electrical outlet - no USB ports for me :(

I'm sure this is a good product; and I will provide an update once I am able to use it.
