I brought the swagtron T1 Self Balancing Scooter for my grand daughter 7/21/16 at Best Buy and I did not give it to her until her birthday 8/11/2016. She use it for 2 week and week and the charger broke and she not able to charge her scooter.which she loves. I called Best Buy and was told that their policy is you have 3 week to return merchandise ans it was pass the 3 week dead line. They told me to contact Swagtron because the hover board came with a 1 year warranty for part and labor. I contact Swagton and was told the the charger was not cover by the warranty. Best buy does not sell the charger and now I have to go on line to find a charger.. I paid over $400.00 for this hover board and summer is almost over.
