Not really great headphones

For the price they are not really good at all, sound it's average, noice cancelling not that great, at marketed price $349 and on sale at $199 not good at all.
I returned this item and paid little more for Sony MDR 1000 wich was on sale for $349 and these are far better in sound, connection and especially noice cancelling.
