You can pay to have them install it. It seems like that involved an additional charge of something like $129. I had an independent appliance guy lined up to do install, which was a good thing since the guys who delivered it were rude and I doubt competent. (He charged me $75 I believe.) While I'd paid Best Buy to have the old dishwasher I had hauled off, the guys who came to do the delivery said they wouldn't detach it from the wall since they said that required that they involve the electrical system. They told me I'd have to have already pulled it from the wall and done all the detaching involved for them to haul it off but that I could do that and call them back and they'd schedule yet another time to do the pick up. When I purchased, I also was told I needed to buy the connection kit. Wrong. This machine comes with everything I needed--which was really fortunate in that the kit they left with me had half the parts missing on delivery. I could go on; there were more problems. I will just end here by saying I typically get along great with folks who help me out like this. My nature is to be appreciative and these guys were just the opposite of helpful. I loved my salesperson at Best Buy but will probably never buy another appliance from there again if it's something I think I may need to rely on their delivery people for.
