I purchased a GoPro Silver mainly for the purpose of recording AZ desert and mountain trail riding using a UTV. After much experimentation with various camera mounting methods I decided a mount on the front bumper was the best location for the least amount of vibration. The remote allows activation of the camera from the driver's seat to record and stop when I want to.

Good to have extra batteries

A friend and I each purchased a GoPro Hero 4 Silver at the same time. We each wanted an extra battery and the a/c charger. Unfortunately there was only one charger in stock and my friend got the charger and a spare battery. Mine were ordered and shipped to my home. Turns out the charger and battery were for the Hero 3, which doesn't fit Hero 4 and the Best Buy associate didn't catch the error. My friend charged his and attempted to use it and discovered the error. A phone call to BB and they stepped up to the plate, ordered the correct items and shipped them to our homes 70 miles from the store. The price? They only charged us the cost of the 3 charger, a savings of over 50%. That is why BB is my number one store for all my appliances, cameras and entertainment equipment.

After taking a utv to AZ early this year and riding trails across the desert and in the mountains I decided a still frame camera just doesn't do it justice. Thus the GoPro Hero 4 Silver for a trip early 2017. My comments are based on my trial test on my 4 acre property following a winding ditch and filming both sides. The camera does what it was designed to do and does it well after wading through the owners manual. My complaint is GoPro assumes everyone is a tech person and in my opinion the owners manual isn't as informative as it could be for a GoPro video novice. Thanks to Google and You Tube, I'm up and running. Now let's address the many devices required to mount this camera to a Yamaha Rhino UTV. Mine has a glass windshield and I chose the suction cup mount for mounting. Unfortunately it requires several pieces to achieve proper angles/tilt, etc. and each piece adds more vibration to the point the mount could not be used. Plan B was a roll bar mount attached to the front bumper, which is the most vibration free place to mount it. Again, the GoPro engineers find it necessary to add to many pieces to the mix and it still vibrates to much. My solution will be to devise a clamping system that will use the square platform that the camera was attached to in the display box, which will attach the camera to the bumper using a total of 2 solid GoPro pieces, with quick detach, and they didn't cost extra.

I'm not much of a cook, so I decided to add a toaster oven to the kitchen. Started out thinking a lower priced brand would meet my needs, but after reading various reviews I decided the Breville Smart Oven Pro was the oven for me. I felt it was better to spend more for the best rated oven than to regret not having all the features down the road. I haven't had it long, but have toasted a number of bagels, prepared some frozen items and baked some cookies. It is easy to use and so far the suggested temperature and cooking times are spot on. I know I will use this a lot and feel it is worth the price.

This was purchased for the purpose of increasing volume and sound quality for the TV I watch while walking on a treadmill each morning. I was concerned about blowing the TV speakers due to the noise produced by the treadmill and the distance to the TV. This unit is compact, has great sound quality and volume to spare. It doesn't have a HDMI connection, but for my purposes the digital cable works fine. Three types of cables are included with the unit.
