Over the past year, I have been reading reviews regarding the 12.9" iPad Pro. Many of these articles are quite slanted and really seem to offer a shallow review. What I have found is that the articles are centered on the artistic illustrator or geek journalism without a true use-case. The large iPad Pro is a brilliant device and can fit into business and education in more ways than portrayed.
First of all, I love technology. I am not partial to any one brand and my motto is that you use the right tool for the right job. Each system brings attributes that help the user accomplish their mission to get things done. With that said, let's get start with this review.
So, I have been using the iPad Pro for one year now in conjunction with my daily PC. It has been in most all of my meetings and it is my "go to" device when I am traveling. Since our organization leverages the cloud, I really do not care that iOS does not give me access to a file structure...I get that from Dropbox and OneDrive. I also am not missing the ability to connect USB devices or microSD cards. Again, I use cloud services and cannot tell you the last time I needed a USB device and I have yet to meet anyone that is swapping out SD cards for more storage. In short, if you are leveraging the cloud, you are working in the 21st century.

If you are looking for a Macbook on a budget, these machines are a steal. They are light and capable devices. While it does not have the retina screen, the price and specs make up the difference. If you are deciding between this and the 12", then save the $$ and the the Air with a nice external screen.

While I would not always recommend this device, I would have to say it is one of my favorite sizes. It is a solid machine and the screen and size are brilliant. My only beef with this device is that it is overpriced for what you get. Apple touts this device for those who want to simply surf the web and do emails. If that is the case, you can get a great ChromeBook for that. All in all, it is a good machine, but make sure you get the M5 processor. My recommendation would be to opt for the iPad Pro.

The Microsoft line is the only systems at BB that come with Windows Pro, which is needed for our corporate environment. This is an excellent machine for those needing a windows machine. Note, it is a laptop first and a tablet second. We are using this for several projects and for collaborative training. Bar none, if you are looking for a solid Windows machine, this is a great choice.
