Best Buy Delivery/Intallation Did Not Connect This

I purchased this product as it is necessary to operate the steam feature of my new dryer ... However, The Best Buy delivery/Installation guys did not install this item. They told me to call a plumber. I was not satisfied with this since I paid for delivery and installation. I felt Best Buy should have been up front about this issue up front before selling me something hey did not back up. This is not against the actual product.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Love this dryer. I can not respond to the steam feature because the Best Buy Delivery guys did not set up the steam feature. The dryer is a total success to me even without this option. I will hire a plumber to fix this when I can afford to do so. Meanwhile, love the HUGE size to dry bedding and towels. I wish the door opened the other way.
