HORRIBLE BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Best Buy - 0 stars!!!
Since it is an "overall rating" - had to give it 2.5 stars
This Samsung washer and dryer is fantastic. Couldn't be happier with their products. Delivery was another issue. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DRYER RACK. This is the part that fits inside for drying shoes, etc. I immediately called Best Buy the next day when I realized the problem, and assumed it was accidentally taken away with the packing material. Best Buy told me the delivery company would call to set up an appointment to bring it back. After a week had passed without a call, I called Best Buy again to get an update. After the obligatory hold, the customer service agent got back to me and told me they would arrange to ship one out. I waited over a month, and did not receive my rack. When I called Best Buy again, they told me to call my local store. (BTW, this was an online purchase, and NOT the fault of my local store.) The local sales associate was very nice, but said I had to call 1-800-SAMSUNG. I explained it was not Samsung's fault, but that was his only suggestion. Samsung's customer service was excellent, and they arranged to have the missing rack shipped to me free of charge. (I haven't actually received it yet, but I'm feeling confident it will come!)
Sorry for being grumpy, but "buyer beware". Best Buy customer support failed me.
