I caught it on sale for 44 bucks! i can't believe i paid the cable company ten bucks a month for a year. Get this modem, it's all you need. I use a seperate netgear wireless so if one breaks i only have to buy one. so better than combo units.

If you plan to keep the stock head unit you will need this converter to get two rca connections for the sub, I did it to conceal the high end equipment installed in my car and to retain factory control over other in car systems. I love it, you will too.

This kit puts the amp inside the car, under the seat which protects it from the vibrations of the sub. It also shortens the distance of power cables increasing their efficiency and reducing the amount of witre going to the trunk. All you have at the sub are the two speaker leads and that's it. very clean install.

This 12 inch subwoofer comes preinstalled in an enclosure specifically designed by kicker to get the most sound from the sub. It's tuned and ported and delivers gobs of clean bass. My old box had two twelve's and this single blows them away. Truly impressive distortion free car shaking bass. No matter the price this is the best you can get. Unless you get the double but trust me, you wont need it, the single rocks.
