Has a great picture

I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday not even a month ago. We used it for the first time last night and it kept getting overheated (it was set on top of an ice chest) and the screen would go blue. We turned it off and let it cool put it in a more ventilated space and even put extra fans on it to keep it cool. Nothing we did worked. We tried to exchange it at Best Buy not realizing it was a 14 day not 30 day exchange/ return policy. We called epson they did offer to replace it but they hold $450 on your credit card until they get the old one back. All in all it was a big disappointment. First time using it and it couldn't last through a movie! I had such high hopes because it had such great reviews. I was blown away at how great the picture looked.
