Best Buy Geek Squad problem

I purchased this computer before Thanksgiving. Took about 2 weeks to arrive. Set it up, which was easy. Worked great, fast & quiet. Then I noticed the 3 display ports on the video card were not working, I could only use the HDMI. Went to Best Buy to have it checked & after 2 Geek Squad guys checked it out for at least 1/2 hour, I was told the video card was not compatible with the motherboard. I found that odd, so I asked them to call Cyberpower to find out for sure, but they assured me they were right. They refunded my money & sold me another computer that was more money than this one ( I purchased it on sale) and transferred the extended warranty to the new computer.
The new computer has smaller HD & SSD drives. Still waiting for the new computer to arrive.
The day after they took back The Cyberpower PC, I called Cyberpower and told them what happened. They said the card was compatible & the video card was defective . They would send a new one. Great! But when I called Best Buy a few minutes after that call, I was told the computer was shipped back & they didn't have it anymore.
So because of Geek Squad's Misdiagnosis of the problem, I have been without a computer for 2 more weeks & I am getting one with less specs than the original.
Although the Geek Squad members were very nice during my visit, if they would have called the manufacturer like I requested. I would have
had the issue resolved in a way where I wouldn't feel like I qot shafted.
So the computer was Great , except for the defective Video card, but the Geek Squad let me down.
The new computer has smaller HD & SSD drives. Still waiting for the new computer to arrive.

I've owned a Gear VR since it came out, but the Oculus is much better. Setup was easy, just got the hand controllers & can't wait to use them. When you put on the Oculus, it truly transports you to another place. Would recommend this to anyone. Hope their library grows & the app prices go down

I bought this because the only way I could charge my camcorder batery was through the cam itself. That stopped working, so I bought this one. Works great, but it's just a battery charger. A bit pricey for a small charger, but I had no choice.
