Excellent solution for a hard-wired connection

So, within my living quarters in my apartment I was only given one location (living room) to hook up my cable modem and router. This left my desktop PC in my bedroom without a connection. Although I did go down the router of a wireless USB adapter and that worked wonders but I noticed that while gaming I would experience lag spikes every now and then. After making this purchase I noticed an even more solid connection and not to mention, no lagging!
You're mileage will vary depending on how your house/apt was wired. My apartment is relatively small so this made it seem as if I was right next directly connected to the router. Took this over to a friends house and he was getting a better connection but not near of what I had.
Still would highly recommend if you're not able to run your own cabling within your walls. Lot cleaner than running something along the floors.

Can this be used as a Plea server?
You can, but once you start streaming movies then the performance is simply not there for the Seagate to deliver since it has to encode/decode the movie all while streaming. TV shows? Oh yeah, easily. But let's say you have a Blu-Ray rip of let's say a 2-3 hour movie? Forget it. Not happening. Too much processing power for the drive to handle.

why can't anyone answer my question? what's the difference between uhd and suhd aside from price?
They are the same. Which is probably not the answer that you're looking for but Samsung going into last years CES in 2015 coined the term SUHD. Of course when UHD means Ultra High Definition the "S" is just something that Samsung does with their flagship products like their smartphones the Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.
