I don't understand the negative reviews.

First of all, I received the order in the time promised. Two days! Second, there were some reviews about the sound being low and the picture being fluttery or something. I didn't find either of those complaints to be true. Great picture and the sound quality was excellent! Yes it's an entry level TV but what they deliver is excellent. I have a Samsung tv that I have to turn the sound up to 100% to hear if I have a fan running. Not the case here. I mostly watch recorded videos with vastly different sound quality and and this tv handles all of them. Yes you may have to raise the sound level but I have found that I have never had to go above 65, even with "a fan running". The tv is not smart, but my Blu Ray player makes it so. Any video box will do the same. Liked the service and LOVE the tv for the money!
