Fast nearly oil less food and yummy!!

The Chefman TurboFry Air Fryer is a fantastic air fryer and cooks the food perfectly, and if you follow the directions then everything will come out perfectly. At least that is what my experience has been with it. If you have a larger family or people that eat a lot, you might want to get a bigger model, but I found that this 3.5L size was perfect for my wife and I. To me the food just tastes much better without all of the oil that you usually have to cook with. Chicken wings come out crispy and oh so tasty!! The analog dial allows you to easily set the timer and temperature without having to figure out a complicated digital system. Clean up has been very easy and the directions say that the basket can be put in the dishwasher, but I did not clean mine that way. The non-stick basket is easy to just wash off with some soap and water. The overall design is pleasant to look at an it fits in nicely if you have other black appliances in your house, I have all stainless steel and it still looks good. The ease of use, clean up, taste of food, and healthier cooking options make this a win win for any kitchen.

The Logitech G PRO wired stereo headset for Windows is one of the best headphones that I have tested out so far. They fit snug and comfortable on my head and are not too bad even when I am wearing my glasses, although when I do wear my glasses, I can’t wear them as long just from my frames being pushed a little too much into my temples. The pressure isn’t too bad, but just a little annoying and if push comes to shove, I could wear them much longer. The headband is made of steel and aluminum for strength and weight. Soft supple fake leather ear pads surround your ears, and combine that with the memory foam inserts and you have the makings of a truly comfortable fit and feel for your ears. These have 50mm drivers that provide a great sound out of the box and if you download the Logitech G HUB software, it gets even better. You can choose between some pre-defined EQ settings or you can customize and save your own. You can even download the settings profile to the onboard memory and take them with you. A 6’ 3.5mm headphone cable that feels sturdy and think is included. There is an inline control that you can adjust the volume and mute. I found that the placement of the control is just a bit too close to the headphones and I would have preferred it to be a few inches lower than it is. The microphone is detachable and has pretty good flexibility in it’s stalk with only the first inch of it not being able to be adjusted, but the rest of it is movable. Quality is really good as well and anyone I asked how it sounded said it was clear and loud. I am really looking forward to my next gaming session to play around with the EQ settings even more to see if I can improve the sound even more than I have.

The BEST printer that I have ever had.

This is my second EcoTank printer, I had a model from two years ago (3500) and I was sad to actually retire it except for the fact that I replaced it with a newer model with more features. The printers are pricey up front, but you do save in the long run with the low cost of ink. My previous model I had only used about half of the original ink fill that I did and I printed out over 900 prints. Epson includes what they say is a years worth of ink in the box and it’s true, at least for the home or home office user. You can expect to print out about 1800 to 2000 prints with the included bottles. This is probably the lowest cost per page home printer on the market and each refill bottle only costs about $12. Printing is speedy and it can do duplex printing as well. I have had no issues with this printer or the previous one every. It’s very easy to connect to the network and you can even print from your smart phone using the Epson app. I don’t use that feature very much but I did test it out from my phone and it worked with no issues. This printer has an ADF (automatic document feeder) that folds away nicely to make a flat top and it a very cool design. You won’t even know it’s there unless you flip it open. You can also lift up the top to scan a single page, smaller items, or photos on the flat bed scanner. Again, the software and scanner just work great. Setting up the computer to scan to takes a little bit of know how, but it’s not that bad, just follow the directions that are provided. Epson has really created a great line of printers with these EcoTank models and I look forward to not having to buy ink more than once a year (or two) now.

Enjoy quality network programming with this Terk ultra-thin HDTV antenna. Two-sided mounting tape makes wall and window installation possible, while a slim profile takes up very little space once installed. Multidirectional reception design makes adjustments unnecessary, while white and black sides allow this Terk ultra-thin HDTV antenna to fit into various decors.

The TERK HDTV Antenna is thin and you can easily mount it where you get your best signal. This is an amplified antenna and I was able to get 25 channels that are watchable. The signal meter has LED lights on it that can help with the antenna positioning and it works pretty well. I was not able to get the meter all the way up but it was in the green and I am satisfied with that. Your mileage will vary and I live near some hills that block a few of the stations, but I was still able to pick them up for the most part. I have mine mounted on my window that faces West (same direction as the TV stations) and when a vehicle drives by the road outside my property, the signal cuts out for a second but then comes right back. A little annoying, but if I mounted it higher up it wouldn’t be an issue I think. In addition to the 25 watchable channels, I do get a few more that show up, but the signal isn’t strong enough to display a picture on my TV. Most of those are just extra channels that the main stations broadcast in addition to their main line up. The main channels, CBS, NBC, ABC, FOX, CW, etc show up great and in HD (with the exception of CW, the channel broadcasts in 480p and is stretched in my area so I always avoid that station. This is a nice inexpensive solution if you want to pick up the HD channels in your area for free and cut the cord from the expensive TV providers.

PWRFUL cleaning power and cordless

The Hoover ONEPWR Floor Mate JET was very easy to set up and start using. Everything you need to get started is in the box and all you have to do is put it together, charge the battery and fill up the water container and pour in some of the (included) all purpose floor cleaner. I have carpet and Tile all throughout my 2400 sq ft home, but my kitchen area is all tile and it is about 600 sq ft alone. After charging the batter to full (45 minutes) I was ready to start cleaning. There are two included brushes (one Multi-surface and a gentle brush), I chose the Multi-surface brush to do my kitchen area. There are two modes that you can use to clean, max and eco. I used the max mode and I was able to clean my entire kitchen area with about 20% left in the battery. The included battery is a 3.0 Ah battery, but there is clearly room for a bigger battery in the FloorMate. Having a battery operated vacuum is very handy when you have a quick mess to clean up and being able to swap out batteries is even better to keep on cleaning when you need it. This FloorMate Jet is going to save me a lot of time, part of my duties in the house to help out my wife is the floors and before this I would have to vacuum the area, then get out the steam mop, essentially doing the area twice, not to mention the steam mop only has a 12 ft cord and I would have to position it three times to clean the whole area…and clean the pad at least once. I am not sure what I will do with all my free time now, but I suspect my wife will just insist that I clean the floors more than once a week now, but I think I will be fine. This FloorMate Jet makes the job easy and it does a great job as well. I did have issues with stuck on messes that my kids and dogs make though. I am sure if I spray a little cleaner on it before hand and let it sit, it will probably come up better than when I originally tested it, but even if it does, that is only about 1% of the messes on the floor and nothing besides a little elbow grease will get those out. The spray nozzle works pretty good and it puts the solution pretty close to the rollers/suction, but you can hit your baseboards if you get too close. Clean up was a breeze also, the included storage tray comes with an 8 oz. measuring cup and you just put the FloorMate Jet in the tray, pour some water, and move the handle slightly back (you can’t store it and clean next to the wall), so I did have to move it away from the wall to clean it, turn it on and let it run on max for about 15 seconds and it sucks up the water and cleans the brush roller. I think I will still rinse off the brush roller after that under some running water and let it dry out just to be sure though. Emptying out the dirty water reservoir was a breeze as well and it was easy to clean out. It has a little filter that you should clean out as well and let dry for 24 hours before using again. The solution container held enough solution to clean my 600 sq ft area using the “large” marker. I am worried about the container spout leaking after time though with the chemical/water combo constantly in contact with it and I have had previous devices in the past where it eroded the insides and caused leaking issue. So my advice is to remove the water tank and store it upside down or clean it out after each use to prevent this from happening. So all this and an attractive design makes this Hoover FloorMate Jet an attractive addition to any home that wants to have clean floors.

The HP Omen X 25f monitor has a full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, 240 Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, great viewing angles, and a stand that is very solid and allows for great adjustment of the monitor. It will adjust vertically about 8 or so inches and also tilts to accommodate nearly any position needed for comfort. On the back there are 2 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort inputs for you to use. They are positioned vertically and are a little challenging to access unless you can get behind the monitor. There are also some USB ports and a headphone port on the back. It does require a power adapter which I was a little disappointed by. My other disappointment with this is the menu button is a joystick type button on the back along with the power button, they are difficult to use and don’t seem to be that responsive when I try to make settings changes. As a result, I just leave the monitor on all the time now. The monitor mount is heavy and well built, it has a bracket at the top to hold your gaming headphones and I find it to work well, unless you have the monitor all the way up, then your headphones will be a little harder to reach, but it is a nice place to store them so they aren’t just laying around on your desktop. This monitor has AMD FreeSync (which I was not able to test out) and NVIDIA G-Sync technologies which paired perfectly with my HP Omen gaming desktop PC that has a NVIDIA card inside. Games were clear and even with the fast motion cut scenes I did not notice any ghosting or lag of any sort. The picture was bright, clear and beautiful. My wife even commented on how gorgeous the video was. I feel this monitor will make me a slightly better gamer now, but I am sure I will still die a lot in Call of Duty battles. I don’t think I have even come close to what this monitor can handle, but it has impressed me a great deal. My only other gripe with this is that I wish it was bigger, but my previous monitor was a 27” HP and going down to a 25” was hard to do, but the much better specs of this monitor will make up for the size difference and I am sure I won’t even notice the difference.

A solid mid-range gaming PC for a decent price

This PC will boot up fast thanks to the M.2 NVMe SSD, which is becoming more and more common these days. Boot up takes a quick 6-10 seconds due to the small SSD being used to hold the Windows 10 Home operating system, it’s a small drive, but you also get a 1TB SATA HD that you can store all your data on. 16GB of SDRAM, running at 2666MHz, with room for another 16GB stick as well for a total of 32GB that it will take. You also get an Intel Core i7-9700 (9th gen) processor (eight-core). Video is provided by a Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti dedicated card with 6GB of RAM with a DVI, HDMI, and Display Port output. This card takes up a lot of space inside with the onboard fan to keep it cool. There are no additional slots to add any other cards though, so you are stuck with just one PCI-E slot. The outside of the case makes you believe that you could add additional peripherals, but I don’t believe you can. The side of the case is glass that provides a nice view of the internals. There are lighting options that you can play around with as well. You can change the light inside using the OMEN command center software and you can also change the OMEN logo color as well. Visually, this computer is very nice and clean looking. Now, there is no DVD drive so if you want to use optical media, you will have to get an external USB device. Not a big deal to me since nearly everything now you can download easily. There is a total of 7 superspeed 5Gbs USB ports (2 being on the top front, and the rest are on the back along with 1 type C variety). I found it strange that an SD card slot was not included with this either and the specs page lists that it has a memory card reader. The power button is a little recessed and you must use your finger nail to toggle it. I find that helpful and it keeps my little ones from pushing the power button when I am in the middle of a gaming session. You are given a wired USB keyboard and mouse and they are cheap and are not comfortable to use so you would probably want to get a higher end set up for gaming, but it’s nice that they included those, nevertheless. The system has built in wireless-AC and Bluetooth 4.2 to connect devices. I found the Wi-Fi to work great and the bluetooth to handle my headphones just fine, but I prefer to use my wired set when I am gaming.
I was very impressed with the graphics while playing the games that I like. Currently I am playing Fortnite and Apex legends. I was able to play at their highest settings and the framerate was smooth and looked great. I did observe some heating issues and excessive noise coming from the PC while playing for extended periods of time. Air movement doesn’t seem that good in this case and I will probably be upgrading the fans to provide more air flow in the near future.
Overall, this system is a great starter system for the money (when on sale). It can handle most anything you throw at it and unless you are the most hard-core gamer, you can’t go wrong with this. Most people don’t mod their systems or even upgrade them and just want something to work right out of the box. I can say that you would be happy with this one…except for the mouse, keyboard, and maybe the optical and SD card slot options that are missing. I will be recommending this PC for anyone that is looking for a nice solid system and doesn’t want to spend a fortune to get one.

The JLAB JBUDS Air Executive True Wireless Earbuds are rated for 30 hours of use, that is a 6 hour life on the ear buds and a 24 hour charge in the case. For me 6 hours of life is plenty for ear buds and with the case being able to charge an additional 4 times is a bonus. The design of these things remind me of Apples air pods, but shorter, and they fit comfortably in my ears. You are given 3 sets of gel tips, 1 cloud foam ear tips (think of memory foam material) and 1 set of crush fins. The charging case has the cable (USB type A) integrated into it and it folds nicely and doesn’t just hang loose, a nice feature so you don’t have to carry a micro USB cable. The IP55 rating provides dust protection so that it blocks enough dust to prevent harm to the device and water protection from water jets from any angle. Working out with these guys will not harm them, even if you sweat a bunch. My favorite feature of these is the carrying case. It has a leather feel to it and it is pretty compact and appears to be pretty sturdy and provides great protection for the ear buds inside. The charging lights give a clear indication of what it is doing. The three lights display white as the case is charging and blue for when it is charging the ear buds. The sound of the ear buds is a 6 out of 10 for me. I had to swap in the smallest ear gels for them to fit perfectly and the memory foam cloud ear tips did not seem to work well for me. Now the bad stuff….I found that the touch features on the ear buds to not work very well. Everything is either a tap, double tap, triple tap or press and hold type of action. Each ear bud has different features for the taps as well. For example, a single tap on the left is volume down and a single tap on the right is volume up. Double tap on the left launches Siri or Google assistant and the right double tap is play/pause. Triple tap on the right turns on the “aware mode” which allows ambient sound via the microphones (works decent). All the different taps and such will take a bit of getting used to so be ready to refer back to the instructions many times. My biggest gripe with it was hitting the right spot on the ear bud. It’s a small target and you can easily miss the sensors and it just makes it difficult. Over time I think it will be a non-issue, but at the begging its going to be a challenge for me. For the price of these things, they are still a great deal and I will recommend them to my friends who are looking for a good set of ear buds for not a lot of money. In the box they also include 3 months of Pandora Premium which was a nice surprise.

Fantastic budget gaming laptop

This seems like the perfect mid-range laptop for gaming that I have come across. The 9th Gen Intel Core i5-9300H mobile processor has eight cores and uses Intel Turbo Boost Technology to speed things up when you need it and less energy when you don’t. The 15.6” HD display is 1920 x 1080 and is bright, clear and responsive. The viewing angle is pretty good as well. The bottom of the laptop is removable when you take off the 12 screws and then you have access to the battery (3720 mAh), storage, and RAM, it does take a little effort to pull the whole panel off and I was afraid of breaking some clips, but I did not. It comes with 8GB DDR4 SDRAM , but you have another slot so you can increase it to 32GB in all. It is nice that this laptop has a M.2 NVMe drive (128GB) for the OS to load up and a 1TB SATA drive for storage, there is also an additional M.2 slot that is unused. There is a memory card reader, BT chip, Ethernet port, 1 USB Type A 2.0 port, 3 USB 3.0 Type A ports, 1 USB 3.1 Type C port, and an HDMi output. Graphics is supplied by a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with 4GB of memory. There are better cards out there, but this is a good card for the money. Oh, and the backlit keyboard (Red only) that has the typical FPS markings on them for gaming. The keys are responsive, and the layout does take a little bit getting used to and I found myself always hitting the incorrect keys. A small learning curve, but it’s not too bad. This is a pretty heavy laptop but the design is nice and not overly “gamerly” is that makes sense. One of the best features I think for this laptop is the fact that you can open it up with one hand by just lifting the top and you don’t have to hold the bottom down. Every laptop I have owned you had to use two hands to open it up and I just find this really handy. Battery life is decent and it’s rated for 6 hours, but I was having to recharge every 4 to 5, unless I was gaming, then it only lasted about 3 hours.
This laptop handed everything that I threw at it without skipping a beat. Windows 10 Home performs fast and is what you expect from a modern day PC. While gaming, the fans will spin up but the noise isn’t too bad unless they are full bore! Then the laptop sounds like it’s going to take off. The internal speakers are surprisingly good and they can drown out nearly all of the fan sound except when they are fully on. A nice set of headphones always solves that issue though. Acer also includes a nice neoprene sleeve to keep the laptop in and I was pleasantly surprised by that as well. Overall, I will highly recommend this laptop to my friends who are looking for a budget device that is well built and works great.

Lightweight, great sound, premium headset

The Astro A40 TR Gaming Headset + MixAmp Pro TR for the PS4 and PC are very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and they are easy to adjust once they are on your head. I really like the barrel design of the arms and the removable microphone that you can attach to either side. The ear pads are a cloth material and fit nicely over my ears. They don’t block outside noise, which I would have preferred that they did, If you did want that feature Astro has a mod kit available to block out the noise. Over all construction is very good for these and they appear that they can take a lot of abuse and still work. The box that it comes in can also serve as a storage case and everything can be secured safely. The mix amp wasn’t a strong feature for me and I had some varying results with it. Some times I felt it was too much and others it was just too quite, but I am not an expert in using this and this is my first one so I was probably not doing it correctly. The mix amp is heavier than it looks and it also feels very well made. The dials have a very satisfying feel to them and they have some resistance to their movement. It allows you to use either Dolby or pass-through if your current set up already has Dolby. Included in the box are all the cables that you need, USB (provides power as well), 3.5mm with inline mute switch, optical audio (for PS4 connection), and the cable for connecting multiple mix amps. The Astro gaming software will allow you to configure customized EQ settings so you can fine tune everything to your exact liking. I was happy with the presets that are already present and I didn’t play around too much with that. I think over time I would see a need for these for specific games. The removable microphone is a bit long and I wish it was shorter, but it does sound good and my friends had no issues with hearing me at all. I really do like that you can mount it on either ear when you swap the covers. Overall, I am very happy with the sound, fit, and adjustments you can make with the gaming volume with this headset. This is definitely the most premium gaming headset that I have every owned.

you need a tiny star bit to remove it, it will void the warranty if you did a security sticker is installed. IMO, just get the non-heat sink version for your laptop. I was not able to install this in my Asus G15 2021 model due to the heatsink making it too thick.

Elite 85T or Elite 7 Pro? Calls and ANC aren't important. I just need bass heavy sound for music. So which one is bass heavy and better? Is 85T better because of big drivers?
not sure about the 85t, I had the 65t and I feel that the 7 Pro has less bass than those.

Is the Elite 7 Pro "vented" like the AirPod Pro and 85t? I returned the 75t becasue I didn't like the plugged ear feeling.
no, they make a seal that does not let sound in. It requires using the "hear through" so you can easily carry on conversations. Your ears will be plugged.

you just need an HDMI connector and it will use the laptop as the source when you select the right HDMI input, there are two to choose from.

Yes, the right dial works as a temp/timer and you just press it to toggle between the two modes.
