Intro to Gysnc

So this is my first "Premium" monitor. This is my intro to 1440p, 144hz, and G-Sync. I was so skeptical of it all, and I have to be honest. I am absolutely blown away. This monitor is sharp, and has made a huge noticeable improvements to all content on screen. From games to media. It all just looks incredible. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5/5 is the color. The color doesn't pop as it should, which is the downside to a TN Panel. Going from an IPS Panel, that was the only downside. Other than that, this is a great monitor and I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase. I picked this up on sale, and I would recommend waiting until you can grab one for under $500. At full retail, there are much better monitors at the same price point. However, getting picking this up at around $400 makes this the best monitor for the price!

Upgraded from a Blackwidow by Razer. Going from Razers Green keycaps that are louder than any keyboard I have ever heard in my entire life, to the special red caps have made a huge difference. Sound is much more manageable, and the reduced key travel has already made a huge improvement to response time. However, if you are going to be using this as a typing keyboard and not a gaming keyboard I may recommend staying away. With the reduced travel of the keys, you may find yourself with quite a few typos. However, as a gaming keyboard this is just hands down the best I have ever used. The RGB is a nice touch as well, and its fun to play around with. I have to say, I am incredibly impressed by Corsairs quality, and I dont think I am ever going back to Razer products.
And yes, the software isnt great for Corsair. However so far its much better than Razers RGB software, and that works for me

I have always had a standard mouse pad, or none at all. I never though a heavy duty one would make a difference. However, it definitely does. It gives a much better feel as you are moving your mouse around and it all keeps your keyboard in one place. So, far I am loving it. The day I bought it, I actually spilled a glass of water on it. No damage, and it wicked the moisture away. Pretty impressive

Upgraded from a Razer Naga that went out on me. I have come accustomed to the buttons on the side of the mouse and with this model I love it even more. The side buttons are tactile and different, so you have different sensations to use to remember your button layouts and keeps you fumbling around when you have your hand incorrectly positioned on the mouse. I have to say, I am incredibly impressed by Corsairs quality, and I dont think I am ever going back to Razer products.
And yes, the software isnt great for Corsair. However so far its much better than Razers RGB software, and that works for me

Great mouse - poor software

This is the sweet spot of mice in my opinion. Feature rich, and a nice amount of comfort. While you loose the wireless feature of its big brother, you also cut the price tag down by almost half. The only down side to the mouse is Razer Synapse as it's not the best piece of software. It's filled to the brim with bugs and new updates are pushed out almost weekly. It's also required if you want to enjoy the mouse to the fullest.

This is a wonderful mouse in regards to customization and comfort. However the build quality is a bit iffy. It feels sturdy and has a good weight, however my mouse began to operate off and on and the lighting slowly stopped working only after about 4-5 months of use. For the price tag it demands, it's a bit of a let down.

Great monitor - QC needs major work

This Monitor is absolutely stunning, however the Quality control is lacking. The resolution and GSYNC feature takes gaming to a new level, but soon after setting it up it started showing the dreaded sleep mode defect that so many users have reported. Dell was less than helpful to send out a replacement, constantly giving me a run around, and replacement time for BestBuy was months away due to the need to special order it right from Dell. So, I sadly returned it. I would wait for the next models iteration before buying this.
