I purchased this microwave in 2014. The microwave starting sparking this year. I purchased an Excellent - Best Buy Certified open box on 03/08/2018 - this item had to be returned because it would not heat anything and emitted a smell of burning plastic. I purchased a new model on 03/24/2018 and the item arrived dented on the outside and had broken parts in the inside. On 03/31/2018 I purchased another new model to complete the original bundle set after the manager insisted there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue or take into account each time I had to pay installation fees for each item. Stay away.
