So far it seems to work very well. Tracking 'stairs' climbed is pretty cool as there are some huge hills in my neighborhood and it tracks all of that.
It is uncomfortable to wear while on a computer, which is my biggest gripe. I want it to remind me to get me up with a buzz to go take a short walk around the office, or a longer one around the office complex a few times a day.
I think the shining points of Fitbit is the back-end software that supports these watches. That alone is worth the Fitbit price.
I'll mess around with wristbands and perhaps clip-on wearables to see if that will resolve my 'on a computer issues'. It pops in out of the wrist band with ease (it won't come out while you're wearing it, as it's a 1-way installation).
For me, the face isn't too big, but my wife has small wrists. She tried it on and it was a bit too big on her, cosmetically and functionally to what she is used to.
I'll update when I start using it in a pool. I have yet to explore all the feature this has to offer, but so far I am happy with it.

First and foremost, they sound great - especially for wireless headphones. The mic is clear and people were able to understand me clearly.
My biggest gripes, come from the headband. I have a large noggin, and due to its rigidity when the ear muffs were in a comfortable position the top of the head band was pushing down on the top of my head. Normally headphones do this, but this was extremely noticeable. Because of how 'tight' the headphones are, when I increase the length of the headband, it would pull the ear muffs in tighter and because a bit awkward to wear.
The other con, although not a big one - these things are massive. I felt like I should be in a string bikini and working for Jabba when these were on - and no one wants to see that.
If they're a comfortable for you, and you have a normal size noggin, I would recommend these if you're in the market for wireless headphones.
