Great Performance Increase for you Computer

This is a MUST HAVE addition to your computer to increase performance of you current or older machine. Although I was using an excellent platter drive for its time in my machine, the Samsung 850 EVO Solid State Drive (SSD) increased the performance from 25 reads / 31 writes to 284 reads / 272 writes in an older machine. My newer machine clocked in with 550 reads / 550 writes. Amazing performance difference.
The Samsung migration software that comes with the SSD also makes it a very easy process to move your root drive OS, programs, and data from your old drive to the new SSD. Cloning your drive was amazingly fast and intuitive.

Stunning Peformance

I purchased 2 Samsung - 950 Pro 512GB Internal PCI Express Solid State Drives for my Gigabyte Gaming G1 motherboard Skylake Z170 systems and RAID'd them to created a 1 TB boot drive. Besides having the storage I needed for multiply Virtual Boxes (Windows 7, 8.1, 10, Android, and Linux OSs), I increased my SSDs performance to 2892 sequential Reads and 3055 sequential Writes and random writes to 162439 using the Samsung Magician performance benchmark. My Intel 750 series 1.2 TB SSD received 2567 read and 1419 write. The Samsung 950 Pro SSD has changed the landscape of system performance on boot times, software loads, game latency, video editing, etc. Fantastic addition to my computer system!!!
