The game is great and a lot of fun. Toffer the manager of the Brookfield Wisconsin store is horrible. His real name is Chris so he hides behind a nickname which is very unprofessional. He lies directly to customers and puts down former employees of the store. I asked for him to check the price of an open box item and he refused to look it up in the computer and then stated that the computer would not show him anything. Anyone who has worked in retail would know this is a bold faced lie and then he did it 3 more times. After this he actually lied again and argued with me on the sales floor in front of other customers. Chris Frohmader (tuffer) is a liability to Best Buy and I will not spend my money with Best Buy till he is no longer an employee. Best Buy just lost another Elite Plus member because of their poor decisions in choosing management.

Are any lower-priced laptops going to be in Illinois before Christmas?
I'm sure that the higher end laptops are in stock, but the lower-priced laptops are out of stock in the half dozen stores in the western suburbs of Chicago.
When I went in to one store, a person in the computer deparment said that some of the laptops aren't anywhere in Illinois.
Is my best bet to wait until January or February for BB to have stock in the stores or available online?

If the laptop you are looking for is not in stock at the store near you go online order it and have it shipped to the store for free pick up. Very easy to do. You can also see all the sales that are going on as many of the staff have no idea what the current deals are.

How do you connect it to a samsung blu ray player without using a PC?
We purchased this for my I laws at Christmas with a samsung BD-H5900blu ray player because your site said it was compatible but how do you connect it without a PC? They haven't been able to use it and we just came for a visit and found out.
If you are trying to use this keyboard with a TV and the player you need a TV that is connected to the internet and has a usb plug available to plug in the dongle that comes with the keyBoard. You will then be using the keyboard on the wireless system through the internet connected wifi TV.
