This is the least expensive intro into the Hue network. Great starter kit. The Phillips app is free and easy to set up and use. You will need to have an available port on your router for the bridge. Plenty of features on the free app but there are some pretty elaborate ones for sale.

I we have a Mini 4 already. The screen size on the ipad is a nice upgrade. I traded in an old Mini 2 and could not be more pleased. I use both of these for our home automation mostly. I'm working on putting one in each room. Phillips Hue and Sonos primarily. The Sonos works nicely with our Apple Music. We got 128gb version. 2500 songs and 16 Hd movies and plenty of room for more. iPad pro next !

This is my first Cyberpower. I have two APC 1500vA and have been pleased. The cyberpower is quieter than then APC was at first. The fan would surge on and off for no apparent reason on the APC. It doesn't anymore but I almost took it back.

As an Apple fan, I am disappointed in the way this operates. Seldom does Siri provide the song or answer to question asked. We have Apple music but this will not play a song unless it's in a playlist. Don't put it near a TV and watch the news. We see Siri light up when they talk about Syria. They don't say HEY SYRIA but it comes on anyway. Maybe next gen. Time and temp is always good...

If a mini fridge were to be plugged in to it, would that do any harm or short a circuit in the home?
If the wattage of the fridge is more than the outlet on the UPS is good for, it will blow a fuse in the UPS.
Check the specs for wattage in the owners manual for the fridge. It should be ok since both the wall outlet and UPS outlets are rated at 15 amps. How long it will last on battery backup is another story. The compressor will drain the battery pretty quick when the fridge kicks on.
