are there any major differences between the CaseMate Karat Case besides the size for the iphone 6 and 6 plus?
I noticed they are made out of different materials and the case for the iphone 6 case has 24 carat gold and the 6 plus case gold foil inlay. Does that mean it's just gold foil? My friend has the iphone 6 karat case and she took hers off and it had a rubber interior and hard outside. I have the 6 plus. Does the 6 plus case have the same kind of thing?
Yes. I have the 6 plus as well and my friend also has the 6 and we both got one and it is the same thing.

How are you suppose to know if its a case friendly protector or not
it is very case friendly. I have used it with an otterbox symmetry case and a casemate case from Best Buy and the case has not affected the screen protector and vise-a-versa.

Does it fit the full face of iPhone 6s Plus or just the display screen?
full face, which is very important in my opinion.
