Techs goofed off more than they worked I think if your store employees would stay inside the store and not come into the garage to talk about shooting pool and drinking beer ill never buy from best buy again
What's great about it: It finally got installed after a 10 hr wait
What's not so great: The wait to get it installed should have recliners in the waiting room
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
