Very Fun Assassin Game

I haven't played an Assassin's Creed game since Assassin's Creed II, so I'm not sure how the previous games have been but I really enjoyed getting into this game. I had heard there were a lot of problems so I was waiting until they were patched and I'm glad I did.
The game has very good visuals, and like any other AC game it's fun to travel back in time and travel through historical towns. I really like how they changed the fighting to be pretty open instead of having to lock on to one enemy and everyone else just stare. Now you can engage a group and be able to parry or dodge an attack coming from behind, it all flows very well. I also really like the co-op element added and I have to admit this was the main reason I picked the game up. You can have up to 4 players travel around the city with you and there are about 11 co-op missions that you can do as a group (although some limit the group size to 2 or 3).
All in all, I recommend this game, especially now that the price has gone down.

Solid Call of Duty Title

I bought the game because it was only $40 and it included split screen multiplayer. I've played a few minutes of the first campaign mission and quite a few matches of Exo Survival. From what I could tell, it's well done and plays well. I wasn't too fond of how the grenades worked, or the item the enemy uses which creates a red dome which both kills you and slows you down.
I personally prefer Battlefield 4, but I understand the appeal with Call of Duty and consider this a good alternative.

Decent Power Adapter

I only bought this power adapter because we've already had to go through 2 other power adapters for my fiance's mac book air. The first one just stopped working after about 6 months. The second lasted about 3 years and then the end that connects to the mac book air just started splitting apart. So now we're on our third and hopefully final adapter. Here's hoping for the best.

Great game in the Smash series

Really enjoy the Super Smash Brothers games and this is no exception. The online portion for this game is much better than it's predecessors, but I still with Nintendo would allow voice while playing their games online. The voice in the lobby was also hard to hear.
As for offline, it's great. They added 8 player battles, which is really easy to lose track of your character since it's required to use a larger stage. I don't like how they removed the story mode that Brawl had and added a mode where you move your trophy across a board to choose fights. It's nice how almost everything available in single player can be done with a second player.
As for controller usage, I can't play with anything other than the gamecube controller.

Great Alternative to Rental Costs

I had Time Warner installed at my condo on a Sunday and everything was working fine with my RCA modem (paid for when Insight was still around). A couple hours later and the RCA modem stopped working, and found out it was the ethernet port. Not wanting to wait until Monday and not wanting to rent a modem from Time Warner, I bought this and called up Time Warner to registered it. In a couple minutes internet was back up and running. At the cost of this modem, I won't start seeing any savings until about a year I believe, but I'm still happy to not have to pay a rental fee.

Great mix of FPS, RPG, and MMO

Destiny is best played on a current gen system, such as the PS4 or XBOX One, but as I have yet to buy one, I went ahead and got it for the XBOX 360. Destiny is a great mix of an FPS and RPG with some MMO elements. Think Borderlands game play but other players seamlessly jumping in and out of your game.
There are 3 races in the game: Exo are robots, Human are humans, and Awoken are angel/elf like people. The race you choose only provides an aesthetic change. You can also choose between 3 classes: Titan have the most health, Hunters have the most agility, and Warlock have the most recovery (as in can recover the health fastest after taking damage).
Overall it's a great game and is meant to be played with 2 other friends. My only problems with it is I wish they made it cross platform, if only for the PvE portions and leave the PvP to be strictly based on console. This way if your friend plays on a different console, or upgrade to the current gen, you could still play with them.

This laptop is a great price for the power it packs as far as the processor and graphics card. It's a nice addition to have a touchscreen, but I try not to use it much because of the finger prints it leaves. I also find that having an external CD drive makes the laptop slimmer and have yet to even plug in the drive for any reason after 1 month so far. I also like the touchpad as the whole pad is a button but you can also click on the bottom right to do a right click or with two fingers which will also do a right click. It also works like older touchpads in you can just tap it to click.
As for the negative points, as many people have remarked, the display isn't so great as far as viewing angles go. You have to adjust it to be perfect, but after that it's great. Also, I've read that other people have trouble typing keys on their keyboard, like you have to hit the key with good enough force or it won't register. I've had problems where some keys don't register but I'm not sure if I miss the key entirely or not because I've had trouble with other keyboards in the same way.
One thing to note is that since it is a touchscreen, I find it's really bad with sun glares and reflections.

Great single and multiplayer

Before I start I should say I gave the storyline a low score because there really is no story. There's no reason for these guys to race against one another other than it makes a fun game.
Mario Kart 8 continues with the customizable vehicles and adds ATVs to the mix as well as the bikes and karts. As you race you can collect coins which make you have a higher top speed but also when you reach a certain amount of coins, you unlock new parts for your vehicle customization. Racing is pretty simple, but as you play the game seems unbalanced between the first place person and everyone else. Nintendo's way of balancing this is if the computer is way in first, it seems to have them slow down at times so you can catch up, or if you're way in first they either speed up or they get better items. But when you're online, there's no balancing so usually one person gains a huge lead. Other than this I enjoyed the game.

Hi, guys. What have you found effective for cleaning the cover (of fingerprints, smudges, etc.) that won't scratch it?
I use a cleaning cloth that came with an ASUS I bought before I purchased this computer. I would recommend microfiber cleaning cloths though.

How many hours can you be using it before it runs out of battery
Depends on your graphic settings. When using the NVidia graphics, it's about close to an hour and a half. And if you use the on board Intel graphics, it'll get up to 2 hours.
If you're playing games, I'd recommend just plugging it in because that would drain the battery even faster.
