Excellent Product. Very clear and BRIGHT picture output. I use this projector as my Main TV/HomeTheater. Although the fan seems to run in High-speed and just a little loud and hot in NORMAL mode, the ECO mode has adequate Brightness and color sharpness that you can run in this mode most of the time. Very Satisfied with the purchase. Would highly recommend this Projector...

How loud is its fan?

How loud is its fan, when using it with a PC (no audio to block the fan noise).

If the PJ is in NORMAL mode, the fan does make a small amount of noise and run a little hot, but it is not that bothersome. In ECO mode however, it is surprisingly silent...

Can it be hung from the ceiling?

Yes. But you would need to purchase a ceiling mount... Look at the product accessories page at Epson.com or check in Amazon...
