For the most accurate and precise measurements I would suggest you write down the model name and go to the Samsung web site.
Some measurements were reported different with regard to depth. But after investigation the difference was the addition of the door handle. So this was confusing at first.

Does this vent to outside?
It has the capability do vent in or out. You just change where the blower air exits with a separate part that comes with the unit but not attached. Unit comes configured for internal venting. You still need to duct work inside the house ready to go.
