What the heck did I watch? I bought this movie (in 4K specifically) because I love space movies; and because I thought I would get a better movie than the first (of the newer) one. Wrong! It was much worse. I had hoped Noomi Rapace would continue her journey, but nope; instead we got a rag-tag bunch of bit-player actors...and Michael Fassbender who seemed bored in every scene he was in.
On top of that, the move was just a mess from a story line perspective. I disliked the movie so much, I didn't want to review it because it was that dull. But maybe my comments will spare someone else $30+ or less...sigh. NEXT!

That's really all i can say about this movie; it didn't hold my attention at all. I found myself surfing on my phone while it was playing. I didn't feel the stakes were all that high, or if they were, the movie neglected to really focus on it. It was more about StarLord and his father, which I could care less about. Sorry Marvel, but this was a swing, a miss and strike 3 you're out!!!

When Transformers burst onto the scene, it was a revelation in CGI; watching them transform for the first time was like seeing the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park for the first time. It was amazing.
5 movies in, you're used to seeing them transform, which means the stories need more to entertain/sustain your attention. This movie doesn't offer that. Peter Cullen is still great as Optimus Prime, and Bumble Bee is still a favorite, but those are old tropes that can't be relied on any longer to make these movies entertaining. Either get better writers, or stop making them...

This movie looks great in 4k! That's about all I can say good about it though. It's not that I didn't enjoy the movie; it's that it was just OK. I'm glad this is the final entry on the trilogy, because the writers don't really seem to know where to take these characters. If you like the POTA movies, you'll love watching this in 4K; other than that, it's just ok.

I didn't think this move was all that good; actually, excepting the funny scenes between nightwing and harley, it was rather dull/boring. The story felt phoned-in/lazy writing; Harley Quinn is great in small doses, but centering an entire movie around her just didn't work. This movie made me start questioning if they are doing too many Batman-only/Batman-centric films, and why they aren't producing more Justice League content?
If you buy it, don't waste your $$$ buying Blu-Ray (like I did), get it on dvd.

I bought this for one of my nephews; i figured since he was younger than the older 2 that I bought amazon fire tablets for, i'd get him something cheaper, that way if he breaks it, no harm no foul and easy to replace, as i'm expecting it won't last long before that happens (he's <5 yo). Well, when we opened it and powered it on, we were shocked to discover how much better the appearance and graphics were compared to the amazon fire tablets we bought. We all preferred it to the fire tablets, especially my nephew! He loves his new tablet, especially since he also has one like his older brothers, so he feels included. He hasn't put it down since we got it working for him, which has been helpful for Mom as she now gets a reprieve from 3 out of 4 boys as they play with their new tablets (#4 is <1 yo)...hey, what can i say, i tried to help her out best I could :)

Bought 2 of these for 2 of my nephews and they love it! Keeps them occupied for hours at a time as they explore the features it offers, especially all of the free games they're able to download and play. Was a better gift for my lil sis who now gets a break while the tablets babysit ;) I like the sleek design, the quality feel of the materials, the sharp graphics, beautiful colors and fast response of the tablet. Also, for the price, not many others are comparable. Setup wasn't as easy as some I've had in the past, but we got it done. Would definitely recommend this for anyone in the market for a cheap but quality tablet!
