saving SO much money on Starbys

This was my Diwali present, and I've been so happy with it!! I literally wake up and get excited for my morning coffee. I now give myself the extra 3 minute indulgence in the morning that it takes to make myself (and drink) a cup of delicious cappuccino or latte before work. It is everything I would want in a coffee/espresso machine- very quick (maybe 60s), very little cleanup (forgetting to clean out a reg coffee maker before vacay leads to mold upon return), and delicious coffee.
I'm definitely being nit-picky when I write about the only 2 things that I would change/include: 1) it doesn't come with a handy little towel to wipe the milk frother nozzle, so I have to walk over to the sink and wet the corner of a hand towel to wipe it every time; 2) You can't change the temperature of the basic shots of coffee, so if you decide to make a lungo and add a little milk from the fridge, your coffee will be warm instead of hot. They only have that option for the drinks where you froth the milk.
Nespresso-compatible capsules that Best Buy sells are fine for drinks with milk/creamer if you don't have any Nespresso capsules left; but alone, as an espresso, ristresso, or lungo, they're really not good. BB, please start selling Nespresso capsules, like you do K-cups!

surprised at how useful it is

I had never really been into the Google Home products because we are a mostly Apple family. BUT, I'm surprised at how much I LOVE this product! It keeps me from picking up my phone to google simple things, keeps me concentrated on tasks. Usually if I need to google something really quickly, I have to stop what I'm doing, find my phone, look it up, reply to the couple of new texts, check Snapchat, FB, and email, and end up wasting 30min without realizing it. Now, I shout across the room to my Google Home, it reads the answer aloud (unlike Siri), and my hands never leave the cutting board or whatever I'm doing. LOVE the convenience. I also love that I can walk into my home and ask it to start playing music; if I'm alone at home, it never feels like it. I'm already looking at buying another Google Home product for my workout area.

I love this thing! I use it almost daily, and I have no idea why it took me so long to buy myself an immersion blender. I've admittedly only used the blender attachment, but I've only had it for a few weeks. The multi-function one eliminates the need for multiple appliances, which is wonderful!

Can you make espresso without the nespresso capsules?
Yes, but the Nespresso-compatible capsules are not as good as the real thing. Also, I've been looking around for a reusable Nespresso capsule that you can fill with your favorite coffee, and haven't had any luck. There are, however, tricks that you can look up to re-fill your used Nespresso capsules; I haven't tried it though. You'll prob spend 50-80cents per capsule for the real thing.
