Truth be told, I was going to buy the Joby Gorilla Pod anyway but I came across this on a MASSIVE discount. It was only $40. That is %60 off the original price of $100. How could I pass it up? The Gorilla pod works just as I had read about and the camera bag is ok. I would have bought a different bag if I had to buy them separately. There isn't anything wrong with it but it doesn't have anything special about it either.

The Canon T5i is a great budget camera that gives you a flip out screen that works very well for vlogging or getting a tough angle. The kit lense is ok. The one bad thing about Canon in general is the horrible audio pre-amp. This is correctable with an external mic and an extra pre-amp.

Better the Second Time Around

I tried the Series 1 Apple Waych, but didn't love it; so, I returned it. Once the launch of the Series 2 announced, and my work put a ban on having cell phones out, I knew I had to try this again. The best thing about it is with the OS 10 you can reply easier to texts. Speaking a text is very convenient if you're driving, and it's been very accurate in picking up what I'm dictating. The worst thing about this model is that the heart rate function is not accurate for me; I'm inked and I think that may be the reason why. I did try wearing it on the opposite wrist during Bootcamp workouts, but I was still disappointed and it annoyed me wearing it on my right instead of my left. I just hook up to my Polar heart monitor now and track through the app (available for the watch), and this satisfies my needs. I'm enjoying the Series 2 more than the first, and it helps that it's water proof and I can swim with it. I have not tried it yet though. I love that you can switch out face covers and bands to go from a gym watch to an elegant evening watch if needed. The 42mm size is a bit bulky for me (I'm a medium build female), but I don't think I could handle a smaller screen for working the apps. Overall, it's a great extension of your phone if you can't have it on you or out for some reason.

I bought these trying to save mayself some money. The demo station was deceiving because it wouldn't let you hear you own music like the Sony demo station does. I unboxed these as I got in the car before I left the parking lot to test them out. As I opened the packaging, the rocker switch on the chord fell apart. I snapped it back together and plugged the headphones into my phone to hear the quality. It was NOT good. I walked right back into Best Buy and exchanged them for the Sony headphones I should have bought to begin with.

I bought a lesser set of headphones before buying these Sony ones. I promptly returned the other ones and exchanged them for these. I tried the equivalent "Beats" headphones and the Sony ones seemed to outperform them. I have had them for a few weeks now and LOVE them. They cancel out almost all outside noise and keeps me focused on what I am listening to. The quality of sound is fantastic no matter what I am listening to. From YouTube "how to" videos, movies to EDM baselines, they sound amazing.

I'm not a big coffee drinker, at least so I thought; but, I needed to curb the sudden Starbucks addiction I developed. The frother makes this entire purchase worth the price. The kit includes samples of its most popular flavors, and I'm happy say that I've found a few favorites. I haven't ordered from Nespresso yet, but will be placing an order soon. I haven't mastered the art of iced Nespresso just yet, but I'm working on it. The machine is easy to use and clean. I love that the pods are recyclable. I'm looking forward to trying some of their online recipe suggestions as well.
