Installer treated my car like it was his.

I had six replacement Best Buy speakers (Polk Audio) installed in my small SUV (2 woofers, 2 tweeters, and 2 two-ways). The installer was maticulous and when done the appearance looked "factory installed" (only sounded much better). The installer talked me through what parts he needed to use or fabricate and provided advice on what sound dampening I should add (not the typical up-sell, recommended what I needed and nothing more). When he was done he completely cleaned the car and there was no mess left behind. Only downside was the job took longer than expected but he was so careful I didn't mind.
