The whole gimmick of recording antenna TV programs is a come-on. You cannot even get the channel guide without a "paid subscription" and if you want to record a program on the DVR you cannot play it back unless you "purchase a subscription package" The whole point of saving money is a complete misnomer when you have to pay for the box and then pay to be able to use it. For a few $$ more go for a basic direct TV package and get extra channels and a free DVR and play on demand.

I wasn't sure if I would like the glossy screen after using the matte screen for so long but it's fine with good color and detail. I would have rated 5 stars except for 2 things; it has started to go blank every little while plus the base is big, boxy and awkward.

I am a photo enthusiast and therefore always looking for new tricks and tweaks for editing. While elements is not the full featured Photoshop it has plenty of useful functions for the budget minded. If you are a professional photographer or just have lots extra cash lying around go ahead and spend the $500-$700 for Photoshop but for the average person this was a great deal at under$60 and cheapest I have seen this year so far.

Usually you will find a few discs that won't burn especially on the less expensive brands but so far I haven't had any that won't burn or play.
Bought them while on sale and no complaints so far.
I do wish the light-scribe discs would make a come back as I miss being able to add my personal touch to the disc.

I needed a larger camera bag to accommodate extra lenses filters etc. as I was carrying around 2 bags at times and this appeared to be large enough to do the job. There were "no" reviews available when I checked and the description could have been better. For a bag this caliber I was expecting quick releases on the main closures and velcro for side pockets however this bag has snaps which are both difficult to open and even more difficult to close especially with my arthritis. It was on sale when I bought it and larger than my previous bag so it is functional. Would I buy it again? Probably not.

Lots of CGI in this film (obviously) but it was done in such a way that the majority of it felt "real". I watched it first in the 3D version which was far more impressive than the 2D bluray version. Over all if you like movies in the "fantastical" you will enjoy this one.

Purchased as a gift for my cousin who had just bought an all-in-one pc. The wireless function was a no-go as we could not install the print drivers onto her pc. I thought perhaps it could be set up with using a USB as a plug and play device. There was "no" port on the printer to hook up a direct cable connection. I was going to return it but came down with the flu that same evening and ended up going beyond the time allowed for returns. I ended up giving it to my brother and he uses it to print out receipts from his I-Pad for his repair business. So far it works fine. Not an expensive printer so expectations weren't that high to begin with.

These run very small to begin with and shrink. I bought extra large and after washing they are more like a small. Good colors and design cotton is a decent weight. Beware of the inaccurate sizing and shrinkage but otherwise a decent t-shirt

The actual viewing size of the screen is 13" high by 231/2" wide. Quite a nice fit for an average desk with very small frame area. I replaced an older 25" monitor and this 27" actually takes up less space on my desk. Just shy of a full 27"

Does this have a displayport?
Not sure what you mean but it has an HDMI, VGA and DVI input port on the back for various PC inputs. No sound input if you were looking to use it with a DVD player.

What kind of speakers can I use with this monitor?
You can use whatever headphones or speaker your computer uses. The monitor has no output ports at all.

No it does not and will only work with its included stand

Is there a headphone jack somewhere on the side /back of the monitor?
NO it does not have any output ports of any kind so you would need to connect speakers or mic to your computer

Can the monitor be used on a stand
the pictures do not show the back of monitor so not sure if I can desk mount it on a arm
It would only work with its own stand, small metal bracket goes into a slot and tightens with a set screw

Is the screen glossy or matte?
glossy screen and so far good color and detail for working with photo-editing software programs so would venture to say equally fine for gaming

Where does the laptop fit???
The description says there's a padded compartment to hold a laptop, yet the largest dimension is about 11 inches??? So I stuff the narrow end of my 15.6-inch laptop in there and carry it vertically and unsecured with 6+ inches sticking out the top of the bag??? What? You MEANT to write tablet???? Oh! Never mind!
