is the ink cartridge refillable
cartridge world can refill any all sort of ink, but, why? just get a good quality hp catridge really it doesn't save much money on refill quality ink thank my 2 pennies of though.

yes the ac adaptor input from 100-240v out put to 12v so pretty sure you can use it in europe.
