Catalog a large collection of music and movies in this Insignia DX-CDDVD400S CD/DVD case, which holds up to 400 discs. Nylon material ensures long-lasting use, and the binder design allows easy storage.
Why are there no pictures of the inside ie: is it a locking 3 ring binder? Why is there no description or photo of the inside revealing if 3 ring binder with lock or plastic straps?
It is not a locking 3 ring binder. Holds 4 dvd's or cd's to each side of a page. Great for storage so you do not have all the cases. You can add pages but it is not easy to do that nor can you get the extra sheets anymore and they are more expensive than just buying a couple of these binders.
